Put It Off Again is a song that I wrote during a songwriter's session (had 30 minutes to write it), and is about social anxiety being the barrier to doing things for self-care. It was written during my home office renovation that you can check through this link: youtu.be/UPZIc6mMH7Y

I have to go to the post office as I've been putting it off for a while.
I know that pretty soon. It will be too late to go there.

So I think that I should just hit the road, I should hit the road- But I know that every time that I get dressed every time that I get dressed, I get really obsessed with the idea of not going to the post office

and so I stayyyyyyyy home, and watch TV on the couch I –
Stayyyyyy home, because I don’t want to go out I –
Stayyyy home, because I don’t know where I’m going.

I daydream of blazing through the stars at a million miles an hour. That’s how it feels at least and I hope by the time I get there that it’s not too late to go there.


I know that I’m gonna there someday, where I’m meant to be where I look at myself in the mirror, yes I look at myself in the mirror and I know that I’ve chaaaaanged for the better.

And yet I stayyyyy home, and paint the office in the nude I –
Stayyyyy home, and process how my attitude affects my
Chaaaaanging role, but yet I don’t know what that role is.

Oh, oh.

I'll leave someday on that rocket, on that ship far away.
I'll stand and say what a cold, yet what a beautiful day.

I'll go and deliver my package to the post office. I swear, I fucking will. Even if it kills me I swear I fucking will but – As for today, As for today.
